We support humans to live a beautiful, meaningful and complete life.
We believe a person who is held — mentally, emotionally, physically, socially, spiritually — becomes a person who holds others. That is the work.
Our Five Pillar Approach
A whole life rests on five pillars. We support all of them, together, because no one part of a person stands alone.
Mental. Thinking, learning, curiosity, and the freedom to ask questions. We support how a person makes sense of the world and grows their own mind.
Emotional. Every person in this work has an inner life — the people we support, the staff who walk alongside them, and the leadership who hold it all. We honor feelings across the whole team, and we know our limits: some needs call for services beyond ours, and we help find them.
Physical. The body and its biology. Food, water, rest, movement, sensation, hormones, body safety, and health — the real needs of a real body, and the dignity of being at home in one’s own skin.
Social. Connection, friendship, family, and community. The people we choose to have in our circle, and the places we feel at home.
Spiritual. Identity, connection to self, meaning, drive, purpose, universal truths, religion, interconnectedness, and the metaphysical — whatever a person reaches toward. Where we differ, we agree to disagree, or speak respectfully.
